GENESIS FUELTECH ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

Genesis Fueltech Inc. has announced the following management appointments:

• David DeVries, the founder of Genesis and its Chief Technology Officer has been appointed President.
• Dr. Shibli Bayyuk, the company’s Chief Research Scientist, has been appointed as a Vice President.
• Phillip Piffer is appointed Chairman of the Board and continues as Chief Executive Officer, a post he has held since the company was formed.
